The Oklahoma State Cowboys upset the No. 16 BYU Cougars, 99-92, in Stillwater on Wednesday night. Anthony Roy scored a season-high 30 points to lead the Cowboys, who also got 18 points from Jaylen Curry and strong contributions from Parsa Fallah and Kanye Clary. The win gave Oklahoma State its first Quad 1 victory of the season and dropped BYU to its third straight loss.

The Cougars battled back to tie the game at 41 by halftime, but the Cowboys regained control in the second half. Down 61-60 with 12 minutes left, OSU scored the next seven points to take the lead for good. The Cowboys then hit 14-of-18 free throws in the final 3:39 to seal the victory.
