Oklahoma's top archery talent was on display at the 2026 State Grand Nationals, with the Preston and Morris school districts showcasing their skills. Morris' elementary, middle, and high school teams all posted impressive results, including personal bests, perfect scores, and top-10 finishes. Not to be outdone, Preston's middle school squad earned a remarkable 5th place finish against some of the state's powerhouse programs.

The Morris Elementary School team rose to the occasion with six archers shooting personal best scores, including a perfect 50 end by Lakelyn Mabrey. The Morris Middle School team finished 6th out of 30 teams, led by McKinley Boatner's 6th place individual finish and perfect 50s from Boatner and Kurt Hunnicutt. The Preston Middle School squad earned a remarkable 5th place finish, competing against some of the state's top programs.
