The Retail Media Network (RMN) Forum, a partnership between CSP, Informa Connect and consulting firm NexChapter, is returning in May 2026 with a focus on moving retail media from concept to core capability. The forum will feature sessions from Google on the latest advancements in AI and data, as well as the IAB discussing industry measurement standards. Retailers like Love's Travel Stops, Dollar General, and Circle K will also share their experiences building retail media networks.

Why it matters

As retail media continues to grow, the forum aims to provide practical guidance and meaningful connections for retailers and brands looking to build and scale their retail media capabilities. The event reflects the industry's shift from exploring retail media as a concept to operationalizing it as a core capability.

The details

The RMN Forum agenda will cover topics like joint business planning, merchandising alignment, scalable network design, and executing retail media in-store and across omnichannel environments. The event will also include collaborative workshops to help attendees define near-term priorities and pressure-test strategies. With limited attendance and a curated group of senior leaders, the forum continues to sell out each year as the industry seeks guidance on how to participate in retail media the right way.

  • The RMN Forum will take place from May 4-6, 2026.
