The Oklahoman's high school team of the week poll for March 30-April 5 presented by Homeland is now live, giving fans the opportunity to vote among five standout teams in the Oklahoma City metro area. The winner of last week's poll was Heritage Hall boys golf, and voting is open until noon Sunday.

Crooked Oak, the defending Class 3A champions, have started the season 6-1 and recently defeated Harding Fine Arts and ASTEC Charter by a score of 10-0. Carl Albert girls track and field had a strong outing at its own Tex Rollins Invitational, earning first place finishes in the 4x200 and 4x400 team relays. Mount St. Mary baseball is 15-3 after beating Clinton twice and Heritage Hall once, winning by a combined score of 41-1. Mustang girls soccer improved to 8-0-1 with a 3-0 win over Bartlesville, while the Mustang softball team remains unbeaten at 18-0 after a win against Southmoore.

The defending champion in Class 3A, Crooked Oak has started strong and entered this week with a 6-1 record. The Ruf-Nex defeated Harding Fine Arts and ASTEC Charter last week, both by a score of 10-0.

Carl Albert girls track and field

The Titans had a strong outing at its own Tex Rollins Invitational, earning first place finishes in the 4x200 and 4x400 team relays.

Mount St. Mary baseball

The Rockets are coming off a dominant week in which they beat Clinton twice and Heritage Hall once, winning by a combined score of 41-1. Those victories improved their record to 15-3.

Mustang girls soccer

The Broncos got a solid victory last week, winning 3-0 at Bartlesville. With that, Mustang improved to 8-0-1 on the season.

Mustang softball

The Broncos have been on a tear over the last few weeks and currently stand at 18-0 following a win against Southmoore to remain the only unbeaten team in the state.
