OU basketball guard Jeff Nwankwo has decided to enter the NCAA transfer portal, his agent Daniel Poneman confirmed to The Oklahoman. Nwankwo, an Oklahoma City native, averaged 2.9 points per game in 24 appearances for the Sooners this past season after previously being a NJCAA All-American at Cowley College.
