The OSU McIntosh County Extension office hosted a successful Youth Safety Day event on March 23 at the Checotah Sports Complex, drawing participants from the nearby towns of Eufaula, Stidham, and Hanna. The free event featured safety education from local businesses and organizations, as well as giveaways of six bicycles donated by John Deere and the City of Checotah.
