A local contractor named Cody Patrick Jennings, 32, of Weston, Ohio has been indicted by a Wood County grand jury on multiple theft charges. Jennings is accused of stealing over $26,000 from an elderly couple and $25,750 from another elderly woman, as well as depriving a second couple of $148,000 in property or services and a female victim of $65,550.
