Tuscarawas County man charged with 8th OVI

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Roger Brown was driving a 2011 Ford Taurus eastbound on Route 39 in Warren Township when he drove off the right side of the road and struck a ditch and an outdoor pavilion. Brown was arrested and charged with OVI and failure to control. His breath test result was 0.250 g/210L, over three times the legal limit. All charges will be filed through the Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court pending a grand jury.
