Vincent, 20, and Ethan T. Johnson, 18, were cited for underage possession of alcohol on Kenmore Crossing. Separately, police responded to a theft report in the 900 block of Coleman's Crossing Boulevard on Thursday morning.

• On Monday at 8:14 a.m., an officer responded to a report of criminal trespass in the 2100 block of McClouds Square.
