Marysville High School's show choir Swingers Select, a treble group of 50 sopranos and altos, competed at the Loveland Showfest competition on Saturday. The group earned first place in the daytime performance and maintained that position in the evening finals, taking home the grand championship title. Swingers Select and the school's other show choir, Swingers Unlimited, will travel to the Ross Legacy Championship on February 28 and the Solon Show Choir Invitational on March 7. The groups will also compete in the Waltham Eastern Show Choir Festival in Waltham, Massachusetts at the end of March.
