The Carroll Community Festival Committee has announced Robb and Kris Ingram as the 2026 Senior King and Queen. The Ingrams have lived in the area for 43 years and have contributed to numerous community projects and organizations over the decades.

The details
Robb was born in Ashtabula and worked for several local companies before retiring after over 25 years at CEVA Logistics. Kris taught at the Columbus Developmental Center and Forest Rose School in Lancaster for a combined 33 years, dedicating her career to teaching children and adults with developmental disabilities. The couple met in 1979 when Kris was a student at Ohio State University. They married in 1980 and moved to Carroll in 1983, where they have been active in the community ever since. Robb coached the Bloom-Carroll School soccer team for 17 years, leading them on two trips to England. Kris implemented the first summer parks program in the village and served on playground and park committees. They have also been longtime youth leaders and Sunday school teachers at their church.
