Independent Bookstore Day is on Saturday, April 25, and Columbus is marking the occasion with its annual Indie Bookstore Crawl. The two-day event on April 25-26 will feature 19 independent bookstores across the city, offering special discounts, prizes, and literary-themed activities for book lovers.

The details

Bookworms can pick up a passport at their first stop and collect stamps from at least 7 different shops to enter a drawing for a literary gift basket. No purchase is required to participate. The crawl will feature a diverse array of bookstores, from children's book specialists to genre fiction havens to general literary hubs.

The Indie Bookstore Crawl will take place on Saturday, April 25 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, April 26 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
