For the 14th year, employee survey company Energage has partnered with Columbus CEO to recognize the top places to work in the Columbus metropolitan area. The award is earned through an employee survey process, with workplaces where employees offer positive feedback about their experience making the winners list. A total of 89 organizations have been honored as Top Workplaces in 2026 across different size categories.

The Top Workplaces awards highlight the importance of a people-first approach to workplace culture and excellence. The details
To qualify for Top Workplaces recognition, employers must have at least 50 workers in the region. They are grouped into similar size categories to best compare employee experiences, and are ranked based on the strength of the survey feedback. Employers earn the award if their aggregated employee feedback score exceeds national benchmarks established by Energage based on feedback from about 30 million employees over 20 years.
