The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control has issued a recall for 5.66 gram Modern Flower Minis Flower White Truffle cannabis products used for vaporization. The recall was issued after it was discovered that the product samples were not properly tested for safety in accordance with state regulations before being sold at nine dispensaries across Ohio.

The details

The affected products were cultivated by Harvest Grows, LLC and sold at Ohio Cannabis Company in Piqua and Trulieve locations in Columbus, Zanesville, Cincinnati, Lorain and Findlay. The recall was issued because the sample testing size was smaller than the minimum required by state rules, meaning the products were not properly vetted for safety before reaching consumers.
