The multi-course dinner on March 4th will feature dishes directly inspired by Bourdain's culinary adventures and television shows, highlighting the flavors and cultures he championed.

The Rustic Grill at StoneWater will host the 'cozy culinary journey' from 7-9pm on March 4th. The menu will include an amuse-bouche of Vietnamese chicken wings and roasted bone marrow toast, as well as pierogi, pho noodle soup, steak au poivre, and a strawberry ice cream pie. In addition to a full bar, Bourdain's favorite beverages will also be available for purchase.
