The cities of Cleveland Heights and University Heights will hold their Third Annual Black History Month celebration on February 21 at the Cleveland Heights Community Center. The event, held in partnership with Djapo Cultural Arts Institute, will feature a large vendors market, live music and dance performances, and interactive educational activities highlighting Black history and excellence. New this year will be presentations from local schools and students who entered a writing contest.
