Kent State senior Ayden Bath has been named the Mid-American Conference Men's Scholar-Athlete of the Week. Bath, who was also named MAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week, won the heptathlon at the Doug Raymond Invitational with a personal-best score of 5,734 points, which ranks 14th nationally and is the highest mark by a MAC competitor since 2020.
