UC Law to Host 35th Annual Corporate Law Symposium

Event to examine corporate ethics and compliance programs 30 years after landmark Caremark decision

The University of Cincinnati College of Law will host the 35th Annual Corporate Law Center Symposium on March 6, 2026, bringing together legal scholars, in-house counsel, and practitioners to examine the legacy and continuing impact of the landmark 1996 Caremark decision on corporate governance and compliance programs.
