Dr. Hibachi, a well-known food truck in the Greater Akron area, is expanding its offerings with the launch of a new food truck called Dr. Wings. The new truck will specialize in chicken wings and tenders with Asian-influenced flavors, joining Dr. Hibachi's original hibachi food truck and a second Dr. Boba drink truck. Chef Kitsada Hongsakrai, the owner of Dr. Hibachi, has been working on developing unique wing flavor recipes for the new truck, which made its public debut on April 9th.

In addition to bone-in wings, the truck will also offer boneless wings, all served with a side of waffle fries. Prices range from $12 for 8 boneless wings with one sauce to $20 for 9 bone-in wings with two sauces.
