A free electronics recycling event is coming to Utica, New York on April 18, giving people a convenient way to get rid of old TVs, computers, and other electronics. The event will also accept confidential documents for shredding, unused or expired prescription medications, and cell phones to be donated to Cell Phones for Soldiers.
