By bringing historical figures to life through digital avatars, the museum aims to deepen visitor engagement and foster a greater appreciation for Saratoga Springs' rich cultural heritage.

The details

The AI Tour Guide software was developed in-house by the museum and supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic.
