CVS Health and Aetna recently celebrated the grand opening of the Alta Vista affordable housing development in Rochester, New York. The six-story, 76-unit building includes 14 units reserved for individuals experiencing homelessness with mental illness, substance use disorders, or survivors of domestic violence. The energy-efficient apartments feature modern amenities, and the community includes a business center, fitness center, playground, and other resources to support residents.

The energy-efficient building features modern apartments with luxury vinyl flooring, air conditioning, dishwashers, and generous storage space, as well as community amenities like a business center, fitness center, and playground.
