Two adults and a child died on Monday in a four-alarm fire in Queens that left six others injured as it spread with the help of heavy winds, the authorities said. Five firefighters also had to be treated after responding to the fire at 44-49 College Point Boulevard in Flushing around 12:30 p.m. on Monday.
