A 30-year-old man from North Tonawanda, New York has been indicted on a range of weapons charges following a domestic assault investigation that began in late November. Alexx J. Boehringer was charged with one count of first-degree criminal possession of a weapon, 12 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and one count of third-degree assault.
