Falcon Rappaport & Berkman (FRB) has launched the FRB Women's Initiative, a new firmwide effort dedicated to recognizing, supporting, and advancing the women whose talent, leadership, and dedication continue to drive the firm's growth and success. The launch event, held in honor of International Women's Day, featured personal reflections from FRB women on the unique challenges they face in the workplace as well as the importance of mentorship, visibility, and building an inclusive culture.

Why it matters

The FRB Women's Initiative reflects the firm's ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, supporting professional leadership and career advancement, and ensuring that every member of the firm has the opportunity to thrive. By formally elevating and celebrating the contributions of women at FRB, the firm is taking an important step in addressing gender equity and empowering female leaders.

The details

Several FRB women shared personal experiences and perspectives, speaking candidly about the unique challenges they face as well as the importance of mentorship, visibility, and building an environment where individuals can succeed on their own terms.
