The 204-square-foot Premium Vista is finished in metal siding with pine accents and a metal roof. The ground floor includes a full kitchen with a four-burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and farmhouse sink, as well as a floating quartz desk. The living room has a sofa, electric fireplace, and a pull-down projector screen. Two loft bedrooms sit above the main floor, each with six-foot wide windows to maximize natural light and views. The bathroom includes a tiled shower, vessel sink, and LED anti-fog mirror.
