The show, titled "Luigi: The Musical", is described as an exaggerated portrayal of "three disillusioned pillars of American life: healthcare, Hollywood, and tech."

The staged readings of "Luigi: The Musical" will take place at The Green Room inside The Yotel in New York City over three nights in June. The show's producers say it "doesn't glorify violence, it interrogates it." Mangione, Combs, and Bankman-Fried are portrayed as exaggerated characters representing different aspects of American life. Combs was previously held at the Brooklyn detention center before being transferred, while Bankman-Fried was also there before going to a California facility. Mangione is facing state and federal charges related to the 2024 shooting death of a UnitedHealthcare CEO.
