New York City's culinary scene is heating up this March with a series of exclusive, one-night-only chef collaborations at popular restaurants across the city. These limited-time events allow diners to experience the culinary talents of renowned chefs as they reinterpret classic dishes and blend diverse cuisines in creative ways.

The collaborations span a range of cuisines and concepts, from a Mexican-influenced steakhouse dinner at Cuerno New York featuring Michelin-starred chef Enrique Olvera, to a Caribbean-European fusion menu at Markette with chef India Doris of Markette and Telly Justice of HAGS. Other highlights include a special Eat For Good Dinner Series event pairing Nobu with the iconic Peter Luger Steak House, as well as a Chinese-Vietnamese street food-inspired menu at Yingtao in honor of Women's History Month, featuring chefs Emily and Helen, both James Beard semifinalists.
