Industrious to Open 18K-SF Coworking Space at 902 Broadway

Coworking firm continues Manhattan expansion with new Flatiron District location

Published on Feb. 9, 2026

Coworking company Industrious has signed a 15-year, 10-month lease for 18,200 square feet on the entire seventh floor of the 20-story office building at 902 Broadway in Manhattan's Flatiron District. The new location will include dedicated offices, private suites, and on-demand access to coworking and meeting spaces.

Why it matters

Industrious' expansion in New York City comes after the company was acquired by CBRE in 2025 for $400 million, signaling continued demand for flexible office space as companies adapt to evolving work styles. The new Flatiron location provides Industrious with a centrally located hub near transit, recreation, and other building amenities.

The details

The asking rent for the 18,200-square-foot space was $69 per square foot. Industrious was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, while the landlord, Koeppel Rosen, handled the deal in-house. Other office tenants at 902 Broadway include IMAX Corporation, SeatGeek, Fenwick & West, William Grant & Sons, and MD2.
