The resident, Peyton Murray, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor overdriving, torturing and injuring animals/failure to provide proper sustenance.

• On February 18, 2026, police responded to the residence at approximately 7:54 p.m. after receiving a third-party report of multiple neglected dogs.
• At approximately 9:50 p.m., officers entered the residence and made contact with Peyton Murray, the person responsible for caring for the animals.
