To nominate someone, the district is asking for the nominee's name, address, phone number, year of graduation, profession, community contributions, and honors/achievements. Nominators must explain why their nominee deserves the Hall of Fame title. All nominees must be available to attend the high school's graduation ceremony on June 24.
