Rich Products has launched a new S'mores Mousse Parfait, a fully finished, single-serve dessert that layers rich chocolate mousse, graham crumbs, and fluffy marshmallow-flavored icing, all topped with graham pieces and chocolate chips. Arriving frozen and ready to serve, the indulgent parfait is designed to satisfy the growing demand for snackable treats while reducing back-of-house labor for convenience stores, limited-service restaurants, and other foodservice operators.

The fully finished, thaw-and-serve parfaits are designed to provide maximum grab-and-go convenience for operators, requiring zero labor for cutting, plating, or preparation.
