On Monday, March 16th, Hello Hello in Manhattan and Boro Brine in Brooklyn are joining forces for a one-night-only collaboration event. The two venues will each represent one half of the evening, with Hello Hello's bright and refreshing cocktails representing the day and Boro Brine's deeper, more spirit-forward cocktails representing the night. A live DJ will provide the music throughout the event, which will take place at Boro Brine's Williamsburg location.
Why it matters
This collaboration brings together two of New York City's most innovative beverage programs, bridging the gap between Manhattan and Brooklyn. It showcases the natural progression from day to night and highlights the diverse cocktail offerings and energetic atmospheres of both establishments.
The details
The event will feature cocktails created by Hello Hello's Luis Hernandez and Boro Brine's Omar Bautista. Hello Hello, known for its daytime café roots and house-distilled coffee liqueur, will represent the day with its bright and refreshing cocktails. As the night progresses, Boro Brine will take over with deeper, more spirit-forward cocktails that mirror its moodier, late-night Williamsburg energy. A live DJ will provide music throughout the evening to keep the vibe lively.
