The apartments, part of the larger Broadway Triangle development, include one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units with rents ranging from $812 to $1,222 per month depending on income eligibility. Eligible applicants can apply online or by mail by March 4, 2026.

Eligible applicants can make as little as 40% of the area median income (AMI), or up to 100% AMI. The cheapest units will rent for $812 per month for 18 of the one-bedrooms, $965 for 20 of the two-bedrooms, $1,105 for seven of the three-bedrooms, and $1,222 for eight of the four-bedrooms.
