A man who operated several Capital Region spas that provided sex services to customers has pleaded guilty to money laundering. 41-year-old Ming Xia of Flushing pled guilty on March 3 to conspiracy to commit money laundering involving the proceeds of a prostitution enterprise, which generated over $2 million that he laundered through third parties and used to buy properties.
