Tahoe Rim Trail Association Offers Wilderness First Aid Courses

The Tahoe Rim Trail Association (TRTA) will host two Wilderness First Aid (WFA) courses with NOLS Wilderness Medicine this spring in Stateline, Nevada. The courses, scheduled for April 4-5 and May 9-10, 2026, are designed for hikers, backpackers, volunteers, outdoor educators, and anyone who spends time in the backcountry, covering patient assessment, injury and illness management, and decision-making when professional medical care may be hours away.
