GHK Capital Partners LP, a private equity firm, announced that it has completed the sale of ITS Logistics, a freight brokerage, dedicated fleet, and distribution and fulfillment services provider based in Reno, Nevada. GHK acquired ITS in June 2021, and the terms of the latest transaction were not disclosed.
