Sammy Hagar and his Best of All Worlds Band kicked off their 2026 Las Vegas residency with a 19-song set that featured three songs the group had never played together before, including "Soap on a Rope" from Chickenfoot's 2009 debut and "Mine All Mine" from Van Halen's OU812 album.
Why it matters
Hagar's Las Vegas residency celebrates his decade-long run as Van Halen's lead singer, and the inclusion of these deep cuts shows his commitment to delivering unique setlists and giving fans a special experience at each show.
The details
The six-night stand at Dolby Live at Park MGM is a continuation of the Best of All Worlds tour Hagar launched in 2024. Hagar is joined on the tour by fellow Van Halen alumni Michael Anthony, as well as guitarist Joe Satriani, drummer Kenny Aronoff, and new keyboardist Greg Phillinganes. Satriani also performed the title track to his 1987 breakthrough album "Surfing With the Alien" during his spotlight segment.
