A Henderson hotel-casino has added a slate of new high-end suites and enhanced butler service as part of a multiyear, multimillion-dollar overhaul that executives say will elevate the property's position in the off-Strip luxury market. The upgrades at Green Valley Ranch mark the completion of the resort's West Tower renovation, with additional work underway on other guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas through next year.

Why it matters

The suite renovation is part of a broader $200 million property-wide transformation at Green Valley Ranch, as the casino-hotel aims to distinguish itself in the competitive off-Strip luxury market in Las Vegas. The upgrades come as the city's hospitality industry continues to rebound from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The details

The new suite offerings at Green Valley Ranch include a 2,790-square-foot Strip suite with two bedrooms, a private rooftop patio, a full bar, a butler's kitchen and views of the Las Vegas skyline. There are also two luxury patio suites and a mix of grand and executive suites with redesigned living areas, updated bathrooms and contemporary fixtures. Entry-level rates for the renovated suite categories range from $389 to more than $2,000 per night, excluding taxes.

  • The West Tower renovation is now complete.
  • Additional work on the East Tower, South lobby and meeting spaces is expected to extend into 2027.
