All principal bouts were made official at the Zuffa Boxing 02 weigh-in in Las Vegas. The main event features a 10-round lightweight bout between Jose Valenzuela and Diego Torres, while the co-main event is a 10-round middleweight matchup between Serhii Bohachuk and Radzhab Butaev. The full weigh-in results for the main card and prelims were released ahead of the event taking place on Sunday, February 1 at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.

Other notable matchups include a light heavyweight bout between Radivoje Kalajdzic [174 lbs] and Oleksandr Gvozdyk [175 lbs], as well as a catchweight bout where Christian Morales [151 lbs] missed the 148 lb limit.
