Prior to this, he held senior human resources leadership positions at ProMedica in Toledo, Ohio, Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, and Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, Ohio. Most recently, he served as interim CHRO of Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium from 2022 to 2023.
