The latest episode of TNA Impact featured an Albuquerque Street Fight between Mara Sade and Ryan Nemeth.

Published on Feb. 13, 2026

This installment of TNA IMPACT saw Mara Sade and Ryan Nemeth face off in an Albuquerque Street Fight, a rematch of their Genesis singles bout which saw Nemeth get the win through nefarious means. The match featured a bizarre spot involving lollipops, which Nemeth oversold dramatically. Sade eventually won the match, but the overall storyline has been a waste of time and has done no favors for Nemeth.

Why it matters

Intergender wrestling has the potential to showcase the talent of each division, but this particular feud between Sade and Nemeth has done nothing to justify its existence and runs the risk of damaging the perception of intergender wrestling altogether.

The details

Nemeth came to the ring wearing a shirt boasting him as the best women's wrestling champion of the world, which was odd. Sade was attacked by Nemeth at the ramp to start the match. The street fight featured the introduction of a black bag, which turned out to contain lollipops as the prop. Nemeth proceeded to sell a back suplex onto the lollipops harder than anything else in the match, highlighting the ridiculousness of the situation. Sade eventually won the match, but the overall storyline has been a waste of time and has done no favors for Nemeth.

What they’re saying

“It's a shame, because intergender wrestling has its place as an opportunity to exhibit the talent of each division. Charlotte Flair vs. AJ Styles or Mercedes Mone vs. Kenny Omega would be ultimate personal intergender dream matches, for example.”
