In the Central Jersey Group 3 first round, fifth-seeded Hopewell Valley defeated Shore Conference Coaches Cup champion Red Bank Regional 58-46. Ty Becker led the Bulldogs with a game-high 15 points, and five players scored at least seven points. In the Central Jersey Group 1 first round, Middlesex defeated South Hunterdon 70-46. In the South Jersey Group 3 first round, eleventh-seeded Winslow Township upset sixth-seeded Timber Creek 59-48. Emanuel Harris had a game-high 21 points and 11 rebounds for Winslow, while Minnesota football commit Quayd Hendryx added 13 points and six assists.
