Three new restaurants are set to open soon at MarketFair, a shopping mall located on Route 1 in Princeton, New Jersey. The new eateries include La Scala Fire, an Italian-American restaurant, Sweetgreen, a health-conscious salad and bowl chain, and Federal Donuts & Chicken, a Philadelphia-based concept offering fried chicken and specialty donuts.

Sweetgreen, also located near Barnes & Noble, will offer made-from-scratch salads and bowls focused on fresh, plant-forward, and earth-friendly ingredients.
