Madison Rotary Hosts 'Ladles of Love' Soup-Making Night

Madison Rotary is hosting a 'Ladles of Love' soup-making event on March 9th at Healthy Italia in Madison, New Jersey. The event will bring together 18 volunteers to chop and prepare fresh vegetables to produce 64 quarts of soup, which will then be donated to local charities supporting residents facing food insecurity. The evening will also include a family-style homemade Italian dinner prepared by Healthy Italia.

The details

During the two-hour event, volunteers will work side-by-side to chop and prepare fresh vegetables to produce 64 quarts of soup. The Rotary Club is partnering with Soup Sisters of New Jersey for the initiative. In addition to the soup-making, participants will enjoy a family-style homemade Italian dinner prepared by the team at Healthy Italia. The cost to participate is $40 per person, and pre-registration is required through the Madison Rotary website.
