The details

The Building Facilities Maintenance Worker/Security Guard is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and grounds, performing minor repairs, moving equipment and furniture, and monitoring the facility for security. Applicants for the maintenance and security role must have at least two years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid New Jersey driver's license, as well as obtain a Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) license within 45 days of employment.
