Reese has spent two decades in her career successfully driving revenue growth, brand transformation, and operational excellence in some of the most competitive casino markets in the United States. As a New Jersey native, her career began in Atlantic City working for Tropicana Casino and Trump Entertainment Resorts in creative branding and marketing positions. She went on to be recruited by Las Vegas Sands to the opening leadership team of Sands Bethlehem, where she successfully led brand marketing and PR strategies establishing it as a top-tier destination.
