Tenovi, a leader in remote monitoring, has announced a strategic partnership with Xandar Kardian and CCN Health to integrate the Xandar Kardian 300 Essence into Tenovi's remote patient monitoring (RPM) solutions, powered by CCN's clinical automation platform. The partnership enables continuous vital sign monitoring without the need for patient interaction, wearables, or manual measurements, providing healthcare providers and senior living facilities with a unified solution that captures heart rate, respiratory rate, motion, presence, and sleep duration.
Why it matters
This partnership represents a significant advancement in how high-risk seniors are monitored, as the contactless technology can help reduce staff burden, improve resident experience, and facilitate early detection of health deterioration, potentially decreasing emergency department visits and hospital readmissions.
The details
The Xandar Kardian 300 Essence is a Bluetooth-enabled monitoring device designed for simple installation in both home care and community settings. Data is transmitted securely through the Tenovi Cellular Gateway to the CCN Clinical Platform, which provides clinical automated alerts, EHR integration, and actionable insights using Xandar Kardian's Probability of Change in Condition (POC) Score.
- The partnership announcement comes ahead of the HIMSS Global Health Conference in Las Vegas, where Tenovi will debut the integrated solution on March 9-12, 2026.
- Xandar Kardian received FDA 510(k) Clearance for its XK300 device in April 2021.
