Bar Harbor Bank & Trust recently announced the winners of its Brand Behavior Awards, a bi-annual recognition program that honors 12 employees who demonstrate behavior aligned with the bank's core values of positivity, accountability, communication, and teamwork. The award recipients were nominated by their peers and selected by an anonymous committee.

The 12 Brand Behavior Award winners for the second half of 2025 are: James Lacasse, Tiffany Law, and Desaraye Perron for the Positivity Award; Elaine Donaway, Jolene Faler, and Jamie Young for the Accountability Award; Justin Drew, Kerensa Ficorilli, and Delaney Hanna for the Communication Award; and Amanda Hatch, Morgan Alt, and Patricia Whitney for the Teamwork Award. The winners were selected from nominations submitted by their peers and represent employees across the bank's Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont locations.
