The same vehicle was later seen on the Hanover Street Connector, where it crashed. As troopers approached the vehicle, the driver ran from the scene, climbed an embankment, and entered the northbound lanes of I-93, where he was struck by a Hyundai Elantra driven by Jakob Cadorette of Epsom. The driver of the Camry was pronounced dead at the scene.
